How do you count users?
We bill primarily for full users who create, edit, inspect, triage, assign, or manage work. Lighter treatment for read-only users, limited inspectors, and some external collaborators should remain available.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Teams can start on Starter or run a Pro trial before committing.
Is GearBot priced separately?
No separate AI-credit story for the core experience. GearBot should be part of Pro and Enterprise for core operational use cases.
